Chelsea Flower Show
A chalet at the Chelsea Flower Show was just what this
electronics group wanted to entertain their guests. The hospitality village
offered a private facility with security, and with easy access for the group,
high quality catering, good wines and attentive service. The show is always
superb entertainment even for a non-gardener. A similar day was also arranged at
the Hampton Court Show. |

Le Mans 24hour Race A
manufacturing company thanked their clients by inviting them to Le Mans for the
24 hour race. This was to be a weekend with a difference as we hired a luxury ‘accommodation’ coach to transport them from London and ‘camped’ on site. Full catering was provided during this exciting, action-packed weekend. |

Race Day
A national beer company wished to arrange a hospitality day at one
of the more intimate racetracks. We started the day with a tour of the training
stables and then watched the horses on the ‘gallops’. At
the trackside we erected a private marquee and arranged for the group to go
‘behind the scenes’ in the weighing-in and jockey preparation rooms. Finally
there was the racing and the thrill of the company sponsored race. Some lost
money but the company won the day. |
